This track consists of 4 labs, designed to be completed in a single session without interruption. Once you launch the track, you'll have a total of 3 hours to complete all the labs. Please note that the track will remain available for 30 days after you redeem the voucher code. You’ll get two attempts to complete all the labs during this period. All labs, regardless of whether they have been provisioned, launched, or not, will be permanently deleted from the CloudLabs portal after 30 days. Please plan your activities accordingly.

About Course

This hands‑on lab guides participants through building and automating a smart store‑operations agent using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Participants will explore ingesting and indexing product catalogs, policy documents, website content and servicedesk data. The lab will cover customizing knowledge topics and automating workflows for product search, order placement, Dataverse logging and Freshworks ticket creation. Additionally, participants will learn to publish their finished agent to custom channels such as Microsoft Teams or a web portal.
